Roger Gomes, the ‘guy’ at The Daily, pub at Bandra. The finalist of last year’s Bacardi Legacy Competition, he is participating in the Bacardi Legacy Competition 2015 with his great art and knowledge about cocktails. He will enter with his new cocktail recipe called “The Redemption”
“THE REDEMPTION” is dedicated to all women who face any kind of discrimination in their daily lives. Discrimination alters the well being of individual’s personality mentally, emotionally and physically. These people suffer from depression, emotional insecurity and mental imbalance which makes their self-esteem and confidence so low in life, that they are afraid to pursue what they have been dreaming of their entire lives. Women undergo situations where they are battered and are unable to flee from the world, although their door is theoretically standing wide open.
Looking at personalities like Oprah Winfrey, Rihanna, Halle Berry ,Aishwarya Rai, Zeenat Aman to name a few who have undergone domestic violence and hardships and have turned these into victories and triumphs.
Inspired by The Bacardi family, who also went through series of hardships like the Fire of 1880s, The Prohibition, The Cuban Revolution, Natural Disasters but they never gave up and today they are respected and humbly vouched to be the best brand of rum in the world..
Rightly said “True Passion Can Never Be Tamed” and my shout to the ladies out there “Hardships Can Definitely Be Turned Into Triumph”.
